How to Lose Stomach Fat in 30 Days Or Less
I have always been impressed with the people who can
seemingly eat anything and still get away with it. Sadly though, I am not one
of those lucky people. My greatest and hardest challenge was to lose stomach
fat. Losing fat in that are is one of the hardest thing to do, but it is
achievable.
There are many myths regarding about the ways to lose
stomach fat. Many believe that in order to lose the fat around the stomach is
doing sit ups but unfortunately, this is the very reason why people give up.
Imagine lose stomach fat in 3 days , having doing 100 sit ups a day at gym and yet still did not
see any difference. The truth is, sit ups ONLY works on your abs, not your fat.
There is no point in having a hard rock abs if a layer of fat is covering it.
To lose stomach fat in 30 days or less is by planning.
First, forget doing sit ups. Sit ups exercise is the wrong workout, what you should be
doing is cardio work out. Do a lot of cardio workout. Cardio is the best
workout to burn fat.
Second, try reducing carbohydrate in your diet. Carbohydrate
is mainly for energy in your body. When you eat carbs and do not use a lot of
energy, your body will automatically store this energy and turned it into fat
for "later use", which rarely happen. That is why; along with cardio
and reducing carb in your diet is the best way to lose stomach fat.
That is all. All you need to do is reducing carb and do
cardio workout daily for 30 days and you will definitely see results!
But, the hardest part about this is keeping the fat of your
stomach. Unless you are a workout freak and have now love for carbs, then
you'll be fine.
But if you are not, then keeping the fat of your stomach can
be hard. In that case you need a good diet plan; I for one have found one that
works for me. In fact it works for anyone. The diet program basically helps you
to change your lifestyle for a healthier living and it helps you getting the
foods which entice the "fat burning hormones", which means less
cardio workout!
