How to Relax Your Mind with Meditation

The way to find out that you are stressed is when your mind is out of focus, and when your mind begins to get stuck in a circle of negative feedback, and tries to find out the same problem over and over again, without realizing you don't find any resolution.

One way to cure stress is, the first thing you have to do, when you become out of focus like that is, try to stop focusing, stop what you usually do every day that is boring, try leaving daily tasks that you might always think about, try to think that you can or you just need to push whatever you are doing.

Try taking 15 minutes or if you have 30 minutes of free time, try to really go away, this will help you reduce stress more, and then you will come back with a fresh spirit with new stamina that you have not imagined before.

You can actually make a real progress and a better task. the next thing to do is change your old way of thinking, get up from your desk, walk around your desk, maybe if you can get out, try walking around the housing block, and if there is a park nearby try it enjoy the beauty. Try going into nature by enjoying the beauty of nature is a great way to calm your mind that is chaotic.

You can temporarily divert your attention, where previously you only focused on one particular problem. You can gently watch the environment around you, listening to your favorite music is the best way to calm your mind quickly without medication.

It's also something that is very easy to do, for everyone, choose meditation music that can make your mind relax, and try to put it near your eyes, something that is not too intense, take a deep breath and enjoy and let it yourself get lost in music, let your mind go, and don't think about anything, even though it's the hardest problem, try just listening to music, and if you're still at your desk, and you can't leave, there are other ways to calm the mind that you can try to do, effectively.

Try to relax your mind like the first thing above, and just enjoy your breath, and remember to breathe deeply, breathing will calm your mind, it will make you come back refreshed and make you calm like in a beautiful and fresh garden. This method can get you back in touch with yourself.

You can also do a way to calm your mind with fast progressive muscle relaxation therapy. This is where you relax various muscle groups in all parts of your body, start with your forehead and continue to move down. There are also great exercises that you can do on your desk called spaces in between. Where you will bring your fingers, and try to put your fingers at different points on your face and when you close your eyes, try to feel the distance between your fingers on your face that you touched earlier. So you only feel the distance in your head, the distance between the fingers on each side of your jaw, and you can do this anywhere in your head. You can also do it in your temples.


You can even do it in your eyes so that you feel the space between your fingers and your right eye, and feel the space between your fingers that surrounds your left eye and again all these methods are done just to help calm your mind and get your mind out from a single focus.

if you focus on one thing carefully and the last thing you can do at your desk is draw something or draw a simple thing. Take a piece of paper and let what is described, whatever comes out of your hand, it doesn't have to be specific it can be abstract, if you have to just relax let your mind go and have fun with this relaxed way of thinking.
