Do You Want Know How They Can Become SLIMMER and REDUCE FAT, So What Is the Best Way to Burn Fat?

Edit
Even if they are not in the weight loss niche, this should
be the foremost question every personal trainer gets. Even the meat managers
who make the body want to know how they can become slimmer and reduce fat. We
think that most people can agree that a thin and toned body is a more
attractive body.
This is one of the main reasons why the fitness industry is
now worth billions of dollars.
First, I will talk to
you about not the best way to burn fat. And this is what most of you will read.
Usually (in my experience) most of the people who want to lose weight start to
lose weight from there by looking straight to the treadmill and seeing the
calories that burned the counter. They choose a slow, steady, boring cardio
method. It is frankly a waste of time.
Yes, it helps you lose fat, but there is a much more
effective way to do it. By doing a slow and steady cardio you are basically
training like a marathon runner (endurance athlete) that will suit you, but the
problem is that the body does not want to look like a marathon runner. So the
pictures after you'll be in the Paula Radcliffe body where your face is drawn.
Excuse me, Paula. What happens when you do this slow and
steady cardio, you will actually burn a lot of muscle before you burn fat. This
is because your fat is "Just in
case " to amass energy and your body burns only when it's absolutely
necessary. The muscles in the eyes of your body are more disposable, so it goes
first, and overweight.
That's why all runners have very thin bodies and not so much
muscle mass.
If you're not trying to look like a runner, stop learning
like one! A more optimal approach would be to start a weight training program.
There are many benefits to this, but the biggest advantage is the reduction in
body fat.
You'll get results much quicker than just doing cardio. I'm
going to figure out the best way (in my opinion) for you to lose fat early.
You'll have to do three workout weights a week.
If they are not working hard enough, they should not exceed
an hour. Weight training should focus on using a combination of movements that
use several muscles and joints, focusing on the whole body's work. These
movements are usually more difficult to perform and therefore consume more
calories than just doing isolation exercises to move one muscle at a time.
This way of learning means you can accomplish more in a
short amount of time. Another way to maximize results is to use a learning
method called retraining. This is when you run two motions back to back without
resting between them. For example, after performing a squat (10 repetitions)
and running the UPS press (12 repetitions) directly after running the super,
you can take a little break.
So at that point he leads you to do one exercise in three
sets, so you can have three sets of two exercises that will increase the
intensity of your workouts, so the results will get faster. Try doing this
instead of your normal hearty session, and I guarantee you will get much better
results.
